Snowball Turnip

A sweet white turnip best served as tennis ball size and a favorite of chefs, really fast growing needing only 60 days. less fibrous than normal turnips and grated its a lovely addition to a sala. grows best in spring and autumn, but can be grown at any time of year. a great little crop to fill gaps in the growing calendar.
