Coco Nain Blanc Précoce beans – white, spherical seeds (Phaseolus vulgaris), a typical dwarf variety that grows to a maximum height of 60 cm. It is an annual plant characterized by an early maturation period. The fruit of the beans is green oblong and flat pods. They are quite fibrous, which is why Coco Nain Blanc Précoce beans are grown only for seed. The seeds are spherical in shape and have a white shell. They can be eaten fresh immediately after picking or drying. They are one of the most important sources of plant protein and even supplement animal protein in your daily diet. They are also rich in calcium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus salts as well as vitamins, especially those from group B, vitamin C and carotene.

Beans are thermophilic plants, so we sow seeds only when the risk of the last spring frosts has passed and the ground warms up sufficiently. Coco Nain Blanc Précoce beans are sown into the ground from mid-May until July. We cultivate in rows 40-60 cm apart. We collect the seeds successively as they mature from August to October. It is best to allocate fertile soil rich in humus with regulated water conditions for the cultivation of this vegetable.
